1. Who is responsible

2. Visiting the website
We do not use cookies or tracking tools, and we do not show ads. We use Lovable's built-in visitor statistics to count visits, page views, traffic sources, device types and countries (estimated from the browser's time zone). The statistics are aggregated: they do not identify you, do not follow you across visits and do not use cookies (legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The only thing the site stores in your browser is a temporary scroll position in session storage, so the Back button returns you to the same place. It contains no personal data, is never sent anywhere and is deleted when you close the tab. To deliver the pages, our hosting providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is necessary to run the website securely (legal basis: legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept only for the short period set by the providers. Fonts and scripts are served from this website, not from third parties.
3. Buying a product
When you click a store button, you leave this website and go to Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your name, email address, billing details and payment details under its own privacy policy. Lemon Squeezy shares order details with us (name, email address, company, country, product and order number) so that we can deliver updates and answer questions about your order (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and so that we can meet accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). We keep these details as long as accounting and tax law requires, normally seven years.
4. Update and marketing emails
We email buyers about updates to the files they bought, as described in the licence (Article 6(1)(b)). We send marketing emails only if you agreed to them at checkout. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the link in each email (Article 6(1)(a)).
5. Writing to us
If you email us, we use your message and address to answer you. We delete them when they are no longer needed, at the latest after two years, unless the message belongs to an order record.
6. Who processes data for us
- Lovable: website hosting and visitor statistics

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@getcraready.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), www.imy.se, or to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Changes
We update this page when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
