Refund Policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

The files are delivered as a download right after payment. Before you buy, you can download the free 4-page overview of the worked example to see the format and quality of the kit.

When you get a refund

If a file is missing, does not open, or the product is materially different from its description, write to us within 14 days of purchase. We will send a corrected file or refund the full price, whichever you prefer.

When we do not refund

Downloaded files cannot be returned. For that reason we do not refund purchases for other reasons once the files have been delivered, for example a change of mind.

How to ask

Reply to your order email from Lemon Squeezy, or write to hello@getcraready.com with your order number. Approved refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
